The basics
Daedalus is operated by Daedalus Systems Optimization LLC, a California limited liability company based in Benicia, California. Products and services sold on this site — website packages, AI and automation engagements, technology and design work, wallpapers, and the Cash Flow guide and session — are sold directly to you, the buyer.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as DAEDALUS SO.
Website, AI, technology, and design engagements are scoped before work begins. What's included at each tier is listed on the relevant page. Anything outside that scope is a separate conversation and, if needed, a separate charge agreed in advance.
For engagements scoped in conversation, a written scope sent by email — and your reply agreeing to it — forms the agreement between us.
What's refundable
Digital downloads (wallpaper sets, the Cash Flow guide) — refundable within 7 days if the files are faulty or not as described. Because files are delivered directly, we don't refund a simple change of mind once they've been sent.
Wallpaper commissions — no work begins until scope is agreed by email, and nothing is charged before then. Once in progress, one round of revisions is included; refunds after delivery are considered case by case.
Sessions (AI working sessions, Cash Flow sessions) — fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or after the session has taken place, are not refunded.
Project work (website packages, AI setups, technology and design engagements) — fully refundable before work begins. Once building has started, work completed to that point is non-refundable; anything not yet started is refunded.

What we collect
Forms on this site are handled by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our inbox. We collect only what you type into a form — name, email, optional business name, and your message — plus whatever Stripe shares with us about a completed purchase (name, email, order details; never full card numbers).
This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We don't sell data to third parties. Information you send is used only to deliver what you ordered and to reply to you.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads. Checkout takes place on Stripe's own pages, under Stripe's privacy policy.
