Built in Benicia, California.
Daedalus is a founder-led technology company. We design and build digital systems — and we start with the problem, not the tool.
One company, several capabilities
A website, an AI workflow, an internal tool, and a well-made design are the same job wearing different clothes: someone has a problem, and the right system makes it smaller.
That's why those things sit together here. Not because we're four businesses in a trenchcoat, but because deciding which of them you need is most of the value.
Small on purpose. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person who answers your email. That has limits — we can't take unlimited work at once — and it has advantages, mainly that nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Benicia first, remote wherever it makes sense
Being local matters for some of this work — walking into a shop and seeing how the counter actually operates tells you more than a call. We work in person across the Bay Area.
Everything else travels fine. Remote clients get the same process.
